well eaten a little bit better today i guess had a mandarin orange for breakfast and a roll with a slice of cheese for unch not much i know but im proud of myself for eating that much just not looking forward to hving to eat dinner. oh well ill eat a bit. May not be ablt to checck in for the next few days as im gonna be gone. This should be interesting

Still finding it hard to get myself to eat but i at least at some dinner last night and a banana. Hard just to open my mouth to eat but im trying. Alot of it is i cant stand the way i look when i eat right now. I figure im going to have to work into eating normally again a little at a time. hopefully when i do i can be on track rather then eating all the wrong things. Haven't checked my weight recently mostly cause of feeling bloated all the time plus cramps are horrible right now sigh. i normally check everyday just to get some encouragement from the scale but as of right now im afraid to look. even with as little as ive eaten im afraid it will say that i have gain massive weight which i know is not true but its there. My goal for the day is to try to get about 400 calories at least today yesterday i managed to get 372. but even just chewing gum takes alot of effort. Things will get better but im sure once i can start fully eating again i may gain a little but ill be sure to not freak out and work it off the right way.

I ended up letting things get the better end of me yesterday. But instead of over eat i ended up not eating at all. Not sure of its a good thing or a bad thing. My emotions were to messed up yesterday and couldn't stomach the thought of eat since i hate the way i look when i eat. I always feel like some fat greedy cow when i eat while im sad or upset. still really down today and not even sure i really want to eat anything today either just have no desire to. who knows maybe ill eat a little fruit later today but we'll see.

Down two pounds yaay. Hopefully these rainy days will let up so i can go for a walk a bit more. In much need of fresh fruit havent had any for a few days due to needing to shop. making it harder to stay on track with my diet. Gonna try that two glasses of water before a meal idea hopefully it help.

so I have now seen the day where an apple and a tortilla ham and cheese wrap fill me up so much im stuffed. i used to be able to eat two and an apple and be ok. now I feel like i need to go on a ten mile hike just to work off all the food. lol I guess thats what happens when you start shrinking your stomach with eating less.
