The SB Supercharged latest book sits beautifully in my bookcase - i peep in at it as i pass back and forth to the kitchen eating eating and eating. just cannot manage to kick this binge eating. Its seems so great at the time to be eating all the things i crave and then the dissapointment is so crushing that i just eat more to compensate. has this ever happened to anyone else?

sorry for rambling but its kind of helping to get it off my chest

would you believe a little pound drop on the scale - had to peep to make sure i had both feet on the scale its been so long since it moved

sorry to report yet another week of zero weight loss. for all the exercise i am doing i thought i would be rewarded with at least 3lbs. definitely look more toned but im always guided by the scales.

what a week!after a bit of a disaster quickly got back on track thanks to amazing support at fatsecret. delighted to record another 2lb weight loss
