So, I feel I should be honest on here - I have been dropping weight really rapidly. Too rapidly. There are a couple of reasons for this.
One I am on phentermine - under the supervision of a Dr because I am on a host of other meds that make it VERY difficult to loose weight and I am DANGEROUSLY heavy.
Two, I just had a double tooth extraction that went horribly wrong and am going on day 5 of a liquid diet. I am loosing almost a pound a day right now. My Dr is aware and is keeping a close eye on all my levels through blood work. So I wish I could claim all the credit and that it was all sweat and hard work, but unfortunately not. BUT I do intend to KEEP it all off!
