I like running( jogging)and every day do it one hour in the morning and one in the evening.So if we calculate it it makes 16 KM every day.Still, I am loosing mass but not weight.I gradually came from Medium size to small one but it looks I am hooked in my current weight.Don't worry I will never give up.

So its time to share this news with you guys that one more kilogram weight has been lost.I know its not easy and a lot of things have to be done but any way the result is encouraging.

I remember six years ago, With heavy exercise and tight diet lost 15 kilograms of weight in only few weeks. But now the process is steady.I am doing normal jogging and exercise and also avoid many things which can increase body weight.Is it same with you guys too?

I am working hard to loose my weight but some times its difficult to kill the appetite.But I love sports, gym, walking and running so am hopeful that I will see the good results.
