Menu siang ini ssam ala2 korea..
Pake baham seadanya dirumah.
Daging sisaan semur 150gr, bersihin bumbunya pake sendok trs grilled..
1 buah bombay, grilled tmbhin olive oil dikit..
Timun fresh potong2..
Selada romanie fresh potong..

Minuman rimpang: jahe, kunyit, kayu manis, asam jawa.. Seduh air panas, tunggu hangat, tmbhkan madu + air lemon..
Setelahnya air putih hangat segelas..

Baru mulai hari ini dan masih belom bener2 paham ngitung kalorinya gmna.. Pengen makan tahu campur jd cm aku isi selada romanie 100gr, tauge 100gr, soun 100gr, sambel + 1sdm petis di encerkan, 50gr daging sapi, siram kuah tahu campur..
