Haii.. aku baru bgt mulai nih BB aku 88kg. susah bgt dong ngontrol menu harian aku.
Pagi : 5sendok nasi merah+lauk apapun atau sayur apapun (tanpa santan)
Siang : sayur aja, kadang gado² aja (tanpa lontong,tahu tempe, krupuk,kentang)
Sore (18.00) : susu UHT Low fat
kurang lebih menu ku harian kyak gitu sih. Menurut kalian gimna?? udah bener belum sih?? kasih saran dan dukungan dong buat yg BB nya pernah se aku dan udah turun bnyak gmna cara kalian nurunin BB sebanyak itu. olahraga apa aja dan brpa lama?? karna aku jrang bgt ada waktu buat OR.
