Still going strong on trainers diet & gym program ~ can see a difference in my body & I feel awesome!! 👍🏻💪🏻 07:00 = 40g of Oats with 1 tab stevia...learning to cut down on sugar & spice and everything nice (hehe) Actually enjoying the new way of clean cooking & clean eating!!
