This is not really to my credit. I started new medication for my narcolepsy, and they wreaking havoc with my appetite. I expect I'll bounce back a little when I get used to it.

Today I start tracking everything again. I have narcolepsy, and I've just started new meds, so I'm interested to see what effect they have, and really hoping they done mess with my progress. They do help me sleep better, so that should improve things, I would think. Let's hope!

Wow, my body really likes being around 72 kgs. It's just staying there. On the other hand, in the last month I've been on holiday for 2 weeks, mourned the death of a friend and given up smoking - and I haven't put on weight. In the past, any of those things would mean a few kgs up. All together would have been a disaster. So I'm gonna chalk this month up as a win, and soldier on.

A friend killed herself last Friday, and I let everything go for a few days. Back to normal now, and I did do an 8km hike on Sunday and built some muscle, so it's not all bad. Life has its ups and downs, and that's natural and normal, and I'm not gonna stress about it.
