I knew some of yesterday's loss was water weight - so I'm still really happy with my progress. I'm 90% I'm solidly back in ketosis so hopefully able to lose these last 10 pounds or so.

I looked back at my earlier journal entries, and I initially had hoped to lose the first 10 by September. Proud to say I am a month ahead of that schedule! My abs are showing a teeny tiny bit and I haven't seen those suckers in years!

The last 10 will be hard by I think it is still very reasonable to lose them over the next five months. Six pack in full force by my 30th birthday :D

My weight is bouncing around a lot - probably from hydration / dehydration. I expext to wake up tomorrow around 138 but I am still glad to see the scale moving down! Hooray for me! Hooray for bones :)

Woke up with hardcore dry mouth from having whiskey for dinner instead of eating (I forgot). Not to be recommended - so while this is a low weight and I did drink a ton of water yesterday, it's a dehydration loss. Going to go drink water and end up the same weight as yesterday, for sure. :)

Soooo excited that the scale is moving again - switched up my protein / fat / carb ratios and added some walking this week in addition to my tennis schedule. Again this is my "fat" week for lady-based water retention, so that fact that as of today I am at my low weight for the last few years is amazing news! <3

I have to fly out of town this weekend just for a couple of days but I really hate how travel sodium intakes screw up my progress - so I prepared myself by buying some Quest bars yesterday to stand in for the majority of my meals. After that, it's just about staying hydrated despite my fear of public bathrooms...
