whatever. i just journaled how i felt...then my stupid internet booted me...lost it all...so whatever. now i am crying. frustrated. mad at myself. disappointed in my choices and excuses.

stopped tracking my food for 6 weeks. im back. and now i mean business. I might even buy a scale for at home. I can do this. I CAN DO THIS!!!

i hate having to use different scales. I weighed last week at the dr. office.. this was todays weight at the gym... sigh.... at this point...whats the point?

a healthy yet satisfying- fresh green beans and cherry tomatoes breakfast! ....lol and then a homemade rice krispy treat as a reward. lord help me im trying!!
