The biggest thing that I think is shedding this initial loss is that I’m back to drinking lots of water. I know the loss since Sunday is water weight, but it’s a good enough motivator for now. And I’ve gone back to eating fuel for my body instead of pumpkin cake and chocolate chip cookies. I know that no food is “bad”, but I was eating sugar like crazy. Time to take care of myself again. 😊🎈

Hey hi. I’m back and I’m fatter now than when I started here 2 years ago. And it’s my own damn fault. I’ve been eating like crazy since COVID started, and before that I hurt my back again pretty good and stopped working out. So I’m here to stop whining and do the right thing and get back to where I was 15 months ago by the end of this year. Thanks for listening. It’s good going through the feed and seeing familiar people. After 28 years in our starter house we moved 2 months ago to a beautiful home on 5 acres. Unfortunately, we’re 30 minutes away from the recplex we belonged to before. We’re outside a small town now in the country. There’s a place called “Snap Fitness” close by. Does anyone have any experience with them? I just know I have to get back to lifting again. I miss it, and it’s what really helped me reach the goal in the fall of 2019. Okay—now I’m done. 😊🎈
