Ok well after surgery and not pottying for 3 days, I was up .2 pounds. I'll take it though :) I'm going to start working out again this week and see where I land. I still feel good about my progress. No worries! Good luck to the everyone this week.

Ok so nothing lost but nothing gained. Was my week challenging? Not so much. Went to a wedding Saturday ngiht before weigh in Sunday afternoon. Snacked lightly on a few things and indulged in a probably slightly too big piece of cake but we have established my weakness is sugar, especially cake icing. I think the issue is that the only exercise I did was a community service project with my church Sunday morning raking and bagging leaves for 90 minutes. I can feel the burn in my legs today from all the bending and stretching. Most likely at the heart of this stagnant week is that I am bloated with my period. Fun, Fun! Oh well, next week I'm looking for that 50 lb. mark. I am having minor surgery on Friday but that probably won't affect the exercise that I do, since it's mostly through the week instead of weekends. I'm goin' down, down, down! I'm goin' down, down, down! Like the song says. I DID IT!!! I reached my first 10% goal this week. I lost a total of 6 pounds this past week. I needed to lose 4 and change to make it. I really think keeping that goal in mind helped me. It motivated me to workout with gusto (until our less than 2 month old treadmill broke on Thursday :( ). It also gave me the strength to say no to a very persistant co-worker with a dozen, hot fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts this week. For those of you who may not have them in your area, they are like sin in a box when they are just made and still warm. They literally melt in your mouth. I've never had a pastry product do that before but they do! Of course, they are 5 points each and he was not taking no for an answer but I flat refused to even look at him past a certain point. I also made it through a family reunion which was pretty easy. Filled up on raw veggies and FF dip that my step-mother brought. Tried to eat sensibly with the other foods there. You know BBQ meat but no bun. No potato salad or slaw. I took 4 bites of the various desserts on hand. I feel really good about allowing myself to eat "real world" food in sensible portions with a little care and caution and still being able to make my goal. So I've decided perhaps I need small goals to keep me going each week. Ok, this week I'm shooting for my 50 lb. lost mark. I'm at -44.6 right now. I believe I can do it this week. It will be the most I've ever lost. I'm going to do it and then have a giant fatsecret.com celebration and everyone reading this is invited :) Wish me luck! Also, any ideas on who in the world can fix treadmills???? Here we go!!! Have a great week all!

Ok so yet another week gone and another 2.2 pounds down. Not awesome but definitely better than I had anticipated. Only 4 more pounds to go until I reach my first 10% goal. Yay! Hopefully I'll get it this next week. Let me tell you, I'm having it rough the last few days. I've alternately been craving "bad" foods and then not feeling like eating at all. I would kill for some chinese right about now. I was craving hamburgers but my husband and I made some lean patty melts and it didn't quite hit the spot. I'm about to be at that point where nothing is sounding good to me now. Hmmm, that's always dangerous because I start snacking around trying to find what it is I have a taste for. Oh well, maybe I'll order some chinese soup. I don't think it's so bad on points. Have a good week, ya'll.
