ini record kemarin. 1400 krna off day alias g ke gym. hanya sisa beberapa kalori, tpi mlem nya disuguhi martabak manis 2 potong. jadilah kalori 1900. melebihi tdee. tpi g nyesel smsx.

day off mode. kalori 1400. harus menuhin 500 kalori lagi. ngejar di protein. tapi kebiasaan buruk klo off gym mlah mles mkan.

sampai akhirnya di satu titik aq mkir buat hirauin omngn mereka en niat ke diri aq sndri wat bentuk body aq sesuai en seideal yg aq mau en nunjukin "ni lho hasil gue nge gym, berisi ma otot bukan lemak"
