(Diet GM) katanya sih bisa turun 3-5kg seminggu.. jadi mari kita coba yaa... Ini menu Day 1 (Hari ini hanya boleh konsumsi buah, buah apapun dan boleh sekenyang2nya kecuali buah pisang ya) jgn lupa minumnya minimal 2liter
