I've actually lost 1.6 kgs on the 12wk challenge that I started, I'm onto wk 5, I just haven't had a chance to weigh in on this site, & I was away for the school holidays, & put on then lost it again.
So I'm ok with not showing a loss.

I am going into wk 3 of the challenge, I think I'm losing cm's as the weight is hovering at the moment. I am loving the personal training sessions though, I did boxing last week, man, that got the sweat glands cleaned out.
It's also TOM, I guess that doesn't help the weight hover thing either.
Anyway trying to stay focused.

doing well on the challenge, it's hard work, I thought I was really fit, & I am, but geez my thigh;s haven't burned this much in ages. It is a good pain though & the momentum is up at the moment

It's killing me being this good, but it's sooo worth it to see the scales come down again, I just hope I can keep it up

went to Sydney again for the weekend. I was pretty good, attended an engagement party, & holy communion, & I saw the grandson again. I did eat some cake, but not too much. I stayed the same on the scales, so far, that may still change. Fingers crossed though.
