it is a new month.... trying again with around 1200 calories a day. was able to lose another pound or two this week so i am glad about that.

tomorrow am starting 1000 calories a day. and will do my best to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. i lost my motivation this month but I think I found it again!

didnt weigh over the weekend and did not follow diet. ate subway tuna foot long on saturday and soime pizza later with the kids. sunday had my first hamburger, french fries and diet coke in 5 weeks. its really showing on the scale today. im sure some of the gain is from sodium. Doing HCG for 3 more weeks then moving to WW.
