OK .....
We made it through the first day of our changes. Hubby first day back to work and me making dinner. Long story.....
So.....
I worked this morning. It went to work 10 to 2. It went ok but not great. I still have the nauseousness going on. makes work hard when your worried about your tummy issues. Anyways...
I made dinner with hubbies help. it was nice to work together.
So maybe tomorrow I will get on the tredmill after I run a few errands.
Hope everyone had a great day. I know mine was better than I thought it would have been.

OK its sunday night. I am nervous. Hubby goes to work tomorrow and he has been doing all the cooking for the last few yrs. Now I am going to have to pick up the slack and help out more. I have severe depression and anxiety disorder and these changes may or may not be good for me. I am praying it will be good for me and help me to keep myself more motivated.
One thing that will be good for me is that I will have time to myself again. Maybe I will be able to start some kind of program, even if its only getting on my tredmill once a day. Lets hope so.
Well I wish you all a great week. Keep your chins up and smile often.
Hugs, Denice
