Halloween. Don't ya just hate it!! All that candy just lying around waiting to be eaten. Control; self-control...that's the ticket. Yeah, right. Resistance is futile.
Actually not doing too bad. I'll take the leftover junk to work and let the crew devour it.
So, today no loss but no gain either.

Just found this website today and plan to work hard on getting the weight off. For exercise I have been using the eliptical machine for 30 minutes in the morning but I still have trouble with eating too much at dinner. Breakfast and lunch aren't too difficult since I'm in a controlled environment (I only eat what I bring). I need to watch carbs and fat since I'm a diabetic that had a bout with pancreatitis. Plus my triglycerides are elevated...not good!! I love most fruits and eat at least 3 servings a day. Need a little help with vegetables. Baked goods are one of my biggest downfalls. I have very little willpower when it comes to breads. Pasta is another love that needs to be watched. So, other than all the above, I'm in great health!
