This is the skinniest I've EVER been!! I weighed in this morning at 132.4 lbs. My first weigh-in of 2008. It would be awesome just to say that I hit my goal of 130 but honestly, I won't be terribly disappointed if I don't. My original goal was 135 and I've surpassed that. So, if I don't hit 130, at least I've already gotten down to my 135. I just can't believe it! I'm on "cloud 9" today.

I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was 135 lbs. My husband and I were talking about it and decided that I must have gained some water weight. We decided that since I just started exercising the day before, your body has to retain water b/c you're sweating. So, I decided that's what it was from. At least I'm telling myself that. lol
I just relaxed yesterday and didn't do much except worked on the computer (I'm touching up photos in Photoshop). I did good on the diet. I did cheat a little with a couple slices of cheese and little dip but I didn't really care. I still did good most of the day. I'm doing MUCH better that when I do cheat, I make sure it's a little one but I stick to the diet. I used to eat whatever I wanted once I cheated for the day. AND... if I PLAN on cheating, I try to fill up on healthy stuff first so I don't go haywire.
The weigh in for this morning was.... 133.4 lbs. YEAH!! I finally broke through that 134 mark. Now, if I can keep it that way. I really hope that if I get to 130 that the rest of this weight will come off my hips. That's where the rest of it is. Otherwise, I'm happy with my weight and how I look. :)

I can't seem to get past this 134.2 lb mark. I did cheat just a little yesterday. I made some pizza fondue and I just wanted to try a couple of bites. I probably had 1/2 cup of it. Other than that, tho, I didn't cheat. I don't think it messed me up too bad. At least I didn't gain anything.
I was determined to not cheat today but that pizza fondue stuff was so good, I ended up eating another 1/2 cup. UGH!! Oh well. At least I did some exercises today. I did a 20 mins turbo jam dvd AND I cleaned my house (except the bathrooms). I determined to do AT LEAST one video a day... maybe 2. I might start doing a "strength training" video w/ a band (NOT weights). We'll see. :)

The year is starting out good so far. No cheating yesterday for me. I weighed myself yesterday and I'm 134.2 lbs. I didn't do any exercise but hopefully I'll motivate myself to get on the ball either today or tomorrow. I'm just really tired b/c I have a hard time sleeping at night. Anyway... hope everyone else is starting off the New Year right! :)
