This is what happens when I don’t eat well while traveling for three days. Part of it is water retention from prepared foods. Part is more food with similar level of activity. Let’s see if I can reverse most of this damage this week. I have a goal of 250 by the end of August.

Day 11 of 30 of exercise. I almost talked myself out of going until I remember that I promised to report here. So despite traveling today my dog and I got a walk.
