Gonna try an Keto Egg fast this week..let myself drop out of Ketosis temporarily. Just to see what it felt like..Yep, feels like crap..lotta stomach issues when you do that...better just to stay on Keto lifestyle..Gonna weigh in sometime this week..I've plateaued I think. Still keeping it OMAD though..

Trying to keep carbs below 20g a day is difficult to say the least..Everything has carbs in it..Even Whey Powder. I'm doing ok though. bought Keto Sticks I'm showing trace to small amounts of Ketones. I'll weigh in this weekend.

I'm doing well. Clothes are getting baggy. I've learnt somethings about insulin and insulin spiking even using sweetners. So I'm going OMAD with the Keto. Probably going to only eat dinner between 4 and 8pm..Seems like the best results driven strategy out there..
