had to exercise more again to make up for Mcdonalds

Wow,
Was really hard to get with it today. I did get 35 minutes in on my stationary bike, but it was a loong 35 minutes. Did really good on my eating, but dang if I want a late night snack Im going to have to ride the bike again.

The first 15 minutes of exercising today, I didn't think I would make it, but I kicked in after that and ended up doing 46 minutes :)

So far so good on exercise, but not happy with what I ate yesterday.

Joined a challenge, maybe it will help
me diet and exercise. I hurt my back a while back
moving a dresser, I think it is well enough
to exercise now. I am using a stationary bike that
uses arms and legs. Don't know how accurate it is.
It says I burn 500 calories if I bike 10 miles for 32 minutes .
