Day 4 and still no giving in to temptation. I must really be motivated this time around...maybe that trip to Mexico hanging over my head is keeping me on track. I should've planned one a long time ago!!! One thing that is getting to me is I'm always scared to have a mid-afternoon snack if I dont have supper points planned in advance, so then I get to the end of the day with a low point total than what is suggested for my weight. I still havent touched the flex points. I hope this doesnt turn around to bite me in the "you know where" eventually. I guess I will have to see what this weekend will bring. I hope I can still be as good!

Day 3 of dieting and it is actually going really good. I know it is early on but I haven't even hit my allowed points for each day, let alone touched any of the allowance points. Im sure this weekend it will be another story. I started on a monday and was hoping to choose a different day for weighing in because I am worried that using the allowance points on weekends might increase the scale numbers on monday. I guess if I am good all week it should still show a loss though...we will have to wait and see.

Can anyone please help...I just joined weight watchers today and I am using the points finder to plan meals. If it falls in the middle of two numbers do you count half a point? And if it is real close to the line of one number but still in between the lines of the lower number, do you round it up???

I just joined weight watchers "officially" today and my weight on their scale was a bit different than the one on my home scale. So, it's like starting from scratch and I couldn't figure out a way to reset my starting weight. Oh well. I need this so bad. Yesterday we had our last christmas party of the season and trying to find an outfit to wear from the clothes that I have that were all a little snug put me in a non-christmas party mood before even leaving the house. (Think muffin top overflowing from the cute jeans) SO...I had to finally do something about it. I need to make myself happy and that is my number one goal right now. I dont know what I want as my weight goal because I wont know until I start thinking to myself that I look and feel good.
