efek 1minggu kemaren full acara keluarga+acara warga,,yg acara'a Ga jauh dr makan2😁
bismillah minggu ini mulai defikal lg 😊
minggu skrng lagi nyoba makan di akg 1500 (sesuai BMR)
kira2 bakal turun ga BB ??🤔
kita lihat nanti hasilnya 😐

tb 160-bb 75,,target akg 1200..
kemaren 3hari makan BEBAS 1hari 1300-1600 kkal (royal karbo+sodium)
tapi barusan nimbang angka masih di 75,,Dan AJAIB nya lingkar perut malah berkurang 2-3cm (padahal ngukurnya malem,perut masih ada makanan)🤔
Apa mungkin akg saya seharusnya di 1400-1500 x ya🤔
bmr : 1400 lebih
tdee : 1700
tdee pake bodyfat : 1400 lebih.
Bagusnya di akg berapa ya ??

malem nimbang 76,,eh barusan (pagi) 75.
nimbang itu emg lebih akurat pagi ya,
soalnya klo malem masih banyak sisa makan+minum di perut😁😊
berarti benar,,emg udah turun 5kg😊
