Hey guys

Update: I'm trying to record all my mistakes so that way I can learn from them and not repeat. Last week I fell through a few times but I'm doing alot better than I usually do.

First thing I noticed that I cannot count calories. It doesn't make sense but knowing how many calories I have left drives me insane. It's like I purposely want to fail. So with a set meal plan I do alot better and I think about food alot less.

Second I have no control over chocolate. My husband bought a chocolate from work and I yelled at him that I was on a diet then later that night I begged him for it. I broke it in half and gave me some off of my piece.

Third I am more likely to fail if I continue to forget my lunch at home. The two days of school I had this week I kept forgetting my lunch and as a result I had to find healthy food in fast food places (which is almost impossible not to cheat).

Last getting myself to exercise is alot harder than I thought it would be. But I talked to a classmate and she's wanting to exercise too.

For the most part I'm doing good I haven't seen 227 in a year and so thats a big deal for me. Right now my goal is to reach 220 by Feb. I have a month. I can do it.

My grandfather has been here two weeks ands he's helped me put a new perspective on weightloss. I only drink coffee in the morning and then i eat something light for lunch such as a salad and then dinner early with no grains. I usually get humngry again at nite which usually makes it impossible not to snack but its been gettting better with time. yesterday i had dinner at 3p and so at 8p I had to get a small bowl of almond cereal. Im so close to 227 and its been a while since ive seen that low on the scale. I also have a new inspiration, my cousins both have lost 50 pound pplus each in 3 months. One of them has offered help but i realize i have to do this myself. I plan on buyin g skim milk and no longer eating white bread. I also realize im going to need to start running on the eliptical 30 later on I will add more time as the weightloss slows down... So far Ive lost 4 pounds in a week. Oh and Ive also started working on the yard and plan on starting a small garden...
