Just Rage Walked 4 miles. After a week of eating 300+ calories under my RDI and walking 2 miles each of 4 days I was up 2 lbs. I refuse to dignify that with recording it. F/U 60 year old metabolism!! All I can think is to make sure I drink more water, keep on keeping on and don't give up.
On the motivation front I just joined a 124 mile virtual walking challenge.

Thai Green Curry with double the veggies, half the rice and light protein. Had with Cucumber salad made from our garden cukes,

Cucumber salad with cuke and herbs from our garden. Cilantro and thai basil. Dressed with white vinegar, fish sauce, lime juice and monkfruit sweetener.
