The problem of Healthy food in Egypt:
I suffer everyday to find healthy food on the go . Healthy food restaurants are expensive comparing to unhealthy fast food .
For example Veggie delight subway sandwich ( 30 EGP) VS McDonald's burger or fries ( 7 EGP) !!
+ WE CAN'T find them ..
Healthy options are rare but chips, chocolate , biscuits , fries .. are everywhere!
I hope one day i can see the culture of "eating well" in my country :)
