通關失敗!
昨晚外食,吃爭鮮,所以熱量大概是有超過設定吧。因為完全想不起來自己吃了什麼,所以無法計算...........
然後睡前11點多,想到還沒運動,做了2個小短片,第一個瘦腿操+手臂運動共4分鐘。第二個都是開合跳之類的,3分鐘。跳完就不行了,所以昨天運動也沒達標!😅😅😅
四個目標二個沒達成,真的很廢!所以今天的目標要降低標準😂😂😂
1.去濕湯
2.不吃零食(早上,中午都差點就把冰箱裡旳檸檬糖霜磅蛋糕拿出來吃)
3.運動7分鐘!
4.熱量1100
昨晚的跳...跳...跳...,讓我想起小時候,因為哥哥姐姐妹妹都是田徑隊,就我廢材一個,所以超討厭運動(自卑?),偏偏國小~高中都有大會舞,啦啦隊。每次練習都是汗水和折磨啊!
