Tidak ditambah minyak atau pun garam. Tahu dan tempe dibumbuin bawang putih dan air terus dimasak di airfryer. Bumbu pecel dicampurin air agak encer bisr merata dan kalori nggak tinggi.

Makan nasi ku cuma kalau habis olahraga Kardio bakar 500 kalori per sesi ya. Tahu aku goreng pake airfryer tanpa minyak sama sekali dan tanpa garam.
