今天是斷食最後一天,24斷。
前一天做了20/4,到今天下午四點就完成一個禮拜的斷食了!!
覺得自從進入生酮之後意志力變得很堅強
運動也都還沒間斷過
早上起床會先紀錄一次體重
再結束一個禮拜的5/2跟16/8斷食。

斷24後要吃東西根本吃不下⋯⋯應該是要吃高熱量高油才不會攝取不到熱量,宵夜要想辦法塞,等等先去運動
