So last month I decided to start weighing my meat after cooking it after being told that this is when your supposed weigh it when adding up nutritional values as for eg a chicken breast fillet cooked may weigh less than 100g but raw is a good 250-300g ...only to find out that nutrition labels do in fact correspond to the weight of raw meat... Smacks head.... DOW!!

Enjoyed a lovely picnic by the river last night but went slightly over my kcal... which I can handle...what I can't however handle is after all the pimms we drank I then ended up heaps over my kcals. I find lately after a drink I wish I hadn't more and more these days and for a little liquid to destroy my fitness goals doesn't quite seem worth it... so I am going to attempt to give up alcohol until August (we're at a wedding) so I shall ATTEMPT to save myself for that next night out lol. Wish me luck! #Exercisingmywillpower
