Well, in every cold there's a silver lining (so out of order for saying that). Due to my aggravating cold, I’ve lost 5 pounds. Drinking a lot of tea, eating soup for dinner, and taking meds (which was wondrous in the rest area) helped out a lot. I may keep that diet (without the meds of course) and eating routine up. I exercised very little because of the stupid illness, but I’m feeling a little bit better. I may workout tonight.

All this week I’ve been under the weather! When I woke up this morning, it felt like someone attacked my throat while I was asleep. I couldn’t talk or swallow. It was horrible. This cold has been kicking my but this week. I started taking children’s meds because they won’t make me as sluggish as the adult meds; also, they work just as well, maybe even better. I can’t take off so while I’m at work I drink plenty water, use hand sanitizer, and drink some hot tea (which have been wondrous to my sore throat). Due to the cold, I haven’t had a lot of energy to exercise. On top of that, the ugly ice weather isn’t helping much either. Someone told to it isn’t good to workout while you’re sick. They told me my pores will be open and that can cause an even more extreme sickness like, pneumonia. I wonder if that’s true. If it is, I’ll just workout in my room, take a shower, then my meds, and hit the sack.
