I am anticipating a gain when I weigh in tomorrow and that's ok. I gave myself a weekend off from dieting simply because my cravings were getting totally unmanageable and I was afraid of going completely hog wild for weeks instead of just a day or two. This way I have no guilt because I gave myself permission to have some of my favorites this weekend like ice cream, muffins, and M & M peanuts. Today I had breakfast at IHOP and had a ham, cheese & avocado omelet and pancakes but did not have lunch. I will have one of my normal dinners tonight with ice cream and M & Ms for dessert. I feel ready to get back into the groove again tomorrow and relieved that I didn't pig out the entire weekend. I just ate like normal thin people do :)

Even though my weight is showing the same for this week, I am sure that I had a loss. My system is a little off and I didn't use the bathroom prior to weigh-in. Later I did thank goodness. No fun being constipated. Guess I need to increase my liquid intake. Since I was fully dressed I didn't bother re-weighing. If I lost, it will just have to wait until next week's weigh in lol.

Not much of a loss this week so am a little disappointed, but I guess even a tiny loss is better than no loss or a gain. Try to do better this week. I have stayed on food plan so maybe things will start moving a little more quickly this week.

Kind of disappointed this week. Have been 100% on point with eating, but only lost .2 of a pound. Hoping it's just water weight filling in any losses I may have had. We'll see. Might also be the fact that I've been having dinner pretty late at night. Going to try to make sure I'm finished eating by 8pm. Definitely need to increase my activity, but I should still be losing even without that so we'll see what happens this week. Woke up with absolutely no appetite so instead of breakfast I will have brunch around 11am. Then I won't eat (unless I need a snack to hold me over) until dinner. Hope everyone is doing well this week.
