So this low carb thing is really working. I've lost 7lbs this month alone. I love it!!!

I did my weigh in tonight even though it was supposed to be this morning. I don't think it's too bad. I'm seeing results since the last time I posted. My tummy has gone down and I am using a self tanner just as Yvonne suggested. It has boosted my confidence, my mood, and changed attitude toward life. It's sorta funny how just a little change in your life can make such a huge difference. I did all of my stats as well. I did see a change in the body fat. It went down .5. That's a big difference to me. I've been working my butt off! I put in the weight that I weighed tonight and will change it if it's any different in the morning. I'm sure that I'm building muscle and that's why the scale isn't changing much. I have a goal set in mind. I'm going to try to lose 5 lbs by the 15th. I'm working really hard at it so I hope I see results. I have a total goal of 20lbs by Nov 20. I know that I can get there if I set my mind to it and I'm there. I have a wedding to go to and that's my goal: to look FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! lol It's gonna be great!
Okay wish me luck and encourage me! Thanks to Barb and Pris and Yvonne for giving me support, encouragement and guidance! lol It sounds like I'm accepting an award...=P

Weight- 172.6
Body Fat- 34.0
H2O-48
Bone-6.8
Body Mass Index- 29.5
Another thing I noticed is that I think I'm retaining water...need to cut back on the sodium.

I'm on a really good start for today. I think I did pretty well yesterday! I'm proud of myself! Even thought I haven't really seen my weight drop I'm sure it will. I'm steady for this week. I'm sure it'll go down if I keep it up.

I pretty much screwed myself today...don't know why I gave in the the stressful day (pizza) ....AHHH!!!! I'll start again tomorrow...wish me luck! I need to stop....stop stop stop....dang it! Okay...really...I'll do better tomorrow!!!!
