I have completely fell off the wagon. I have been to the gym probably twice in the last 3 weeks. I need help getting my mind to re-focus . Any ideas out there to help me do that?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!! I went to the spa yesterday and did a body wrap and lost 20inches!!! Its so noticable! I'm happy. The lady from the spa said I would conitnue to lose inches over the next 14 days, so we will see. Back to the gym tomorrow full time!! Birthday fun is over!! lol....

So!! My birthday is on Sunday and I'm not close to my first goal of 235 but I'm still happy. Monday I will get back on track, and hopefully by the end of July, I will be at my first goal!
