Esta semana bajé 700 gramos. No esta mal. Teniendo en cuenta que mi hipotiroidismo me juega a veces malas pasadas. He puesto en práctica nuevas recetas a base de verduras y las he compartido con mi familia, asi no me siento sola al hacer dieta y ellos comen de manera mas saludable. Espero que la semana entrante me mantenga, ya se acerca mi periodo y no quiero retener muchos líquidos... Mientras a disfrutar un buen fin de semana y a descansar. Me lo merezco....
