Yippie I hit the 50's! No looking back now!!

Well here's to hoping by Sunday that I will see the 50's! I think this new way of eating is much better than what I was doing. I feel much more satisfied during the day so staying on track is easier when your not hungry all the time!

After having a lengthy conversation about food intake and a better way of making a change to what food I eat with a very special friend I have decided to work this out my own way. Fit for Life wasn't for me. I think my new way of eating will definately help to keep me on track. A special "Thanks" to my health angel.

Having a frustrating day as i gained a pound when it suppose to be coming off. I need to do some soul searching and get my mind in the right place. I know I can do this but I must really work hard in convincing my brain that i can too! I am sure it will get better. I can't let little things set me back otherwise why do it at all. One set back is encouragement to do even better next time.
