It’s really difficult finding time to count calories right now, but I’m holding steady. I’d actually like to get to my Army weight (160-170), but I would probably lose a lot of muscle if I attempted. I’m faster, stronger, and have more stamina than ever (resting HR of 48). If I could lose 10 lbs of weight while increasing performance, that would be awesome…slow and steady wins the race, I guess. Perhaps by February…

I'm faster and stronger now than I've ever been! BP and HR were 110/67 and 51bpm this morning. Feels nice.

Too busy to keep track of everything i eat. Not loosing as much as I'd like, but i just ran 12mi at a 8min/mi pace. That should help my cause a little, right?
