ya estoy tan cerca de mi meta .... solo 1 kg para cumplir el objetivo, me siento bien y muy feliz .
me motive con esta aplicación viendo el esfuerzo de muchas personas que les cuesta bajar de peso igual que a mi , viendo la perseverancia y pensé.... algun día lo voy a lograr 🤗
no se si sirve de ayuda pero yo seguí una dieta que se llama keto o cetocenica es baja en carbohidratos y azúcares y alta en grasas me ayudo bastante ya que no se pasa tanta hambre jejejej
