Well...the headache sucks really really bad but Aleve has helped a ton! I'm already dark on the keytone strips and I feel really great so I feel I am on the right track. I keep seeing the MIM's listed so on friday as a small reward I am going to make pumpkin mims and maybe even zuchinni since I am a zuchinni bread junky...I have not been to the Gym yet(headache) but I hope tomorrow I will be ready to hit it. Go Britta GO!

Well Here I am Day one...244lbs....I have to go to the store since I emptied out the fridge about 15 min ago soooo that means all good Atkins approved foods. I also need to get out for a walk but that can be in a few...
