At first when I started here I thought dieting was supposed to be very rigid and any non-loss of weight would be considered sooo embarrassing..but I learned something very important from a few of my followers/supporters and that was..slow and steady wins the race and u don't have to miss out on life while ur Dieting..be flexible..enjoy the special days and most of all..give yourself a well deserved break in a while and sip a cocktail aka "Shereen" 👌🥂 and Mike taught me "never give up!! Armed with my new attitude I feel INVINCIBLE!! Peace and Love beautiful people aka family/friends ❤✌ Ps..Pascoal777 is the sweetest kindest soul I ever met! 🌹

My fat loves me...been on 800 Calories a day walking 3 kilometers a day on average..low carbs and I can't even shift a kilo.. 🙁🤔😔
