Good Morning,
Today kicks off my South Beach Adventure...Phase I. Last night we went shopping for all sorts of veggies and meat...good thing I am not a vegetarian anymore. We tossed all bread products and replaced them with nuts.
Breakfast this morning
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Coffee w/splenda & non fat no carb non dairy creamer (yummy lol)
5.5 oz can of V-8
Snack
String Cheese
Lunch will be
Ham and Swiss roll-up (2)
Turkey and Swiss roll-up (2)
Celery Sticks
Sugar Free Jello
Snack
Mixed Nuts
Dinner will be

breadless meat balls
Sugar free tomato sauce
Salad
Dessert

Ok so here goes, today is that last day of carbs for the next two weeks. Now don't get me wrong I am not going to load up or anything. I think I may have some carbs for lunch though.
For dinner we are going to have steak and eggs. That is protienalicious right there. Maybe if we are feeling saucy we might have some brussel sprouts.
We are going to the gym today to do some minor cardio for about 45 mins. We are just starting back up and we don't want to hurt ourselves.
If anyone has some advice before I start my carbless lifestyle please do share!!
