I am an not recording my macros on the app anymore but I keep track of them.. I lost another 9 lbs since my last visit to the doctor!!! been doing LC for over 2 years now! SUCCESS it is!!!

I Only lost 1.8 this past month. these last 12 lbs are tough!!

One of my favorite snacks. Celery & cucumber with cream cheese, provolone cheese and board head pepperoni.

I am almost to my goal but I have been really struggling this past month. I don't go to the doctor until July 16th and I weigh in then. I do not own a scale. I only have 12 lbs to GO! I am really trying to cut my carbs to 20g a day but its hard some days! I still cant exercise (walk) with my back/leg issues. I still cant walk very far because of the sciatica,but it's getting better with Physical Therapy.

Any suggestions to get me a kick start to losing the last 12 lbs?
