Weighed 192lbs at last check up with general doctor. Next appointment with her is the 30th so get full results by then whether I exercise or not with less stress in my life without my father in it and living on my own with no way to pay my bills more stress trying to find a job. But at least I have my boyfriend I love him so much.

Last check up with my doctor I weighed in at 192lbs which was a few weeks ago or so not sure. Have another check up on the 30th see what I weigh then. Had an endoscopy procedure done and no ulcer or cancer from biopsy but their was inflammation from NSAIDS ibrofen and exedrin and dyspepsia. Have a check up on the 20th with OBGYN on birth control it is working right or I would of got a positive test back when I took the pregnancy test and my last check up.

If my current weight is not their that is what I am leaving it at 200lbs til it is that weight with my cable work outs til my foot gets better and doctor tells me I can do more exercise at the gym instead of less weight bearing than I have been due to the pain. I believe the pain may be tarsal tunnel syndrome or the lack of circulation on top of it with my anxiety attacks because I have a sharp pains and the boot for my broken foot idk if it helps or not just to walk.

I can change my attitude for the better I can beat these anxiety attacks so I don't wind up in the hospital on breathing machines or worse. I will move on from my ptsd and depression and become a better person. I will not let the pety drama of my mother and brothers get me down 24/7 by getting under my skin. I will while with this broken foot for the past month work out at least in the house with the cable work out or my own work out with my yoga mats. I will ignore the drama when told I am lazy or any other name in order to keep house clean before I move out of my moms. I will find a job while in school broken foot or not. If I have to I will rehab foot at a gym to work out and take classes to as well as get cpr and first aid certifcation to find a cna/nursing/babysitting or some kind of job like volunteer fire fighting. I will and can get my drivers license regardless of the obstacles in my way.
Money is not going to be the reason I am miserable the rest of my life. And I will not be single forever. I just hope I am not single for Valentine's Day like I am every year. I still weigh 205lbs but that is because of hot pockets and pops as wells as out to eat food.
