Today has been a long old week (and it's only half 3!) so not counting today. Torn between a pizza and a chicken burger with chips. Back on it tomorrow, but, for today, the stress relief that comes with not having to prep and cook and wash up and tidy away is much needed

Not struggling to stick to my calories this week, but really struggling to see the point, if that makes any sense. I think it's just this awful weather; it's only about 26c but it's so humid the house is over 35c at midnight so lack of decent sleep probably isn't helping. Feel like I'll maybe have stayed the same this week (if not put on) because it's too hot and heavy to do any real exercise. Just my usual 20 minute walk took over half an hour today 😅🤣
