Happy Easter everyone!
Today we are having a BIG easter dinner: ham, yams, veggies, cassaroles, breads, desserts, stuffy celery and more!
I need conscious choices of what I’m eating today. It’s easy to get carried away and start gorging,LOL!! I love food.
As part of my slowly-leaning diet, I will stay within 3300 (clean) calories today and also hit shoulders in the gym, today, before dinner! After that, dinner time and then maybe going to the movies with the family.
Sounds like a good Easter to me!
