Whoa, that was a tough couple of weeks. We were on vacation. I did have some food that was not so good for me, but I tried to balance it out and managed to exercise almost every day.

My pants feel loser today! Woo Hoo! That makes me smile. Let's see if I can keep up this weight loss while on vacation. I plan to walk a lot on the beach w/hubby.

Couldn't fit into my dresses for a bunch of parties that are coming up this month and my work clothes don't fit anymore. I am so done with this weight gain. I gained 10 pounds in about a year and a half since my hysterectomy.
