Starting again after a verra long time--fighting hypertension, arthritis, Disease--Polycythemia-Vera--right now holding my own--onward and upward 2017--last year horrendous--lost oldest son and nephew within ten days of one another, filed for Bankruptcy--must say though, things are beginning to look and feel alittle better, so a wa we go

Because of Health Issues, have been away and S YOU CAN SEE, HAVE HAD A GAIN, SO TRYING TO GET BACK ON THE BANDWAGON

Got off to a good start yesterday--kind of hard, though afew days before I can shop and down to the nitty gritty--just doing the best that i CAN--got to work on the budget today and grocery list tomorrow--oh, how I hate t shop anymore--will just have to do the best that I can--guess that is all I can do.

I started this weight-loss journal to try and get my mind back to where it should be--recently, we have had to file a Chpt 13;my oldest son,50, passed, eleven days later his cousin--same age,less 3 months took his own life and life became one painful journey all around.
Sinceall this has occured, I have felt every little ache and pain known to man--had a bout with Vertigo--WHICH IS NOT FUN, and have a very sore right arm that just aches and aches--this will be addressed in a week--just a brief history of where I am at right now.
I have lost almost 8 pounds since all this happened and figure I should continue on--so this is where I am at right now--trying to get back emotionally as well as physically.
