Off plan for holidays, obviously
Trying to get reacquainted with this life style.
So difficult living with three males, my husband who eats, when he can, doesn’t care about carbs.
And my son and nephew, who view pizza as the magical fruit, eat it often, but never seem to gain an ounce.
Need to stockmthe fridge and pantry with healthy alternatives
Need to get on the treadmill too.
