Breakfast
Muffin = 8
Ok so I did a really bad choice this morning for breakfast. Why did I go and get a muffin? I should know better.
The plan for today is to have chicken and a portion of rice for lunch, pudding (3) and mango and peaches cup (2) for snacks. I don't know yet what I will have for supper.
Lunch
Chicken = 1.5
Rice = 4
Dinner
Snacks
Mango and Peach cup 2

6 glasses + 2 Tea
Exercise
I plan on doing 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of abs tonight. I got to make up for yesterday especially with what I put into my mouth.

I hope today goes better for me and that I stay within my points.
Breakfast
2 strawberries = 0
1 protein shake with water = 2
The plan for today is to have tuna for lunch, pudding and cerely and carrots for snacks, supper is going to be chicken (3) and 1/2 a portion of rice (2) with corn (0).
Lunch
Can of Tuna = 3

ok so everything was well until supper time. I was going out with an old friend I haven't seen in over 20 years. She came to get me at 6:30 so I did not have time to eat. Well we whent out and I ended up having a chicken quesadilla and cheese sticks with her with two drinks.
Dinner
Chicken quesadilla =

Two smirnoff raspberry =
Snacks
Cerely and carrots = 0
Pudding = 3
Bear paws = 4
Then when I got home I hate a package of bear paws. I am pretty sure those where 4 points.

I saw this site on facebook when my sister added the application and it open my eyes that I can't wait or make any excuses anymore. It's time to take action and really be serious about this. So even if I wasn't planning to start WW again until September when the new at work program starts. I will start on my own since I know the program already. So my breakfast today is not great since I just decide to start again less than 5 minutes ago.
Breakfast
2 slices of BB = 4
3 slices of Bacon = 3
4 slices of tomatoes = 0
Lettuce = 0
1 tsp of butter = 1
1 tea with sugar and milk = 2
So at 10 point breakfast. This does not leave much points for the day.
The plan for lunch is to have a a turkey wrap from subway.
Lunch
1 Turkey wrap from Subway = 6
Tomatoes, green peppers, green olives, lettuce, tomatoes, no cheese and no sauce.
1 Diet Coke = 0
1 peach = 1
So I am now at 17 points with breakfast and lunch. I think I should have 7 points left but I don't have my book with me. Need to check when I get home. Supper is going to be pork, salad and yellow beans.
Supper
Pork = 6
Potatoes = 4
1 glass of juice = 2
Yellow Beans = 0
I did not eat up eating any salad since our lettuce wasn't fresh anymore. : (

I only ended up doing 25 minutes of cardio, I am pleased since its been months since I have done any cardio.
